so there i was in the office of a man named James. then he shook my hand and said " follow me". he lead me out side next to a bunch of men who looked like fifteen years older than me. i shook their hands and said do any of you men know how to use a rifle. then all of the men raised there hands.


then i said does any of you men know how to use a cannon. five out of fifteen men raised there hands. i said then you men who know how to work a cannon teach the other people. one of the men said " i am not listening to that baby" and i said then go and you can take control for today. i said troops he is being dumb so you will have to listen to him.


he said " this will be easy". i yelled battle simulation. he said formation seven. and all of the guns were facing him. then he said " maybe i am not cut out to be in charge'. i said i thought so.        

so there i was commanding my troops at the artillery at fort Henry at Kingston. i yelled fire and i heared a big BANG!!! next thing i know is that the ship in the distance had a big hole in it because my troops hit it. i heard a horn sound and one of the commanders yelled retreat. and all of the men and the ships started going back.


a message came and said " sir are you Ryan Prairie" and i said yes. he said " you will meet with a representative of the British king right now". so i walked to the main office to see a men in a suit with a bunch of medals on his jacket. i knew right away that he was very high in the British government.


he said " hello Mr. Prairie my name is James and i am here to tell you that the king" and i said ok. he said "i have a message from the king" and i said what is it. he said "dear Mr.Prairie i have heard about your great bravery and i have decided to reward you with more men for your squadron".   

so there i was geting a medal for killing some general. so they gave me my own group of people. it was me, chrystian, dominic, some guy named patrick and some other guy named josef. we left for kingston. aperently it is one of the biggest military bases.



we left right away to Kingston. when we got there we unpacked every thing. the coolest thing was that we would be operating the canons. i four other men. but i do not know there names yet. i went to my room and i look around the compound.


i see there training the new soldiers and i watch. when that was done i heard the battle bell. it was a big bell you ring when there is a battle about to begin. me and my men were working at the turrets today.      

so there i was helping some girl named natilie. she was very hungry so i went back to camp and brought her with me. when i got there i said to the nearest officer, get her to the mess. i road back on my horse. when i go there i got in formation and we shot our rifles. i hit a couple people and i realised i just killed some one. i felt so bad.


then i heard a call from my left and i see the aboriginals coming to help us. i hear gun shots and swords drawing. then i get on the horse with a aboriginal and i shot. when that happened i heared the sound of retreat.



i thought to myself wow that was easy. i get off of the horse and get on to my horse. we road off to camp. were i hear a man saying "prairie come here". i walk over there and a man hands me a medal and says "for your bravery i award you with this medal.

so there i was getting my horse. i got him and i came back got a sattle on him. the man gave me a uniform i got in to it. i got on my horse. the man gave me a rifle and a sword. i put it on my sattle. dominic and chrystian came out. they did the same as me. the rest of the boys came out and a lot of them did not have horses.


so some of the boys had to share but me, chrystian, and dominic. we started to go. i said to the man where are we going. he said "sandwich" i said why and he said "the Americans invaded it". we travelled for days but we were almost there.


the man said weapons ready. i shot a man. he was on the ground dead. i took my sword and i went in to a building. i saw a girl about my age. i said hi she said "dont kill me" i said i am canadian. she said " my name is natalie". i said i am here to help.   

so there i was in bed. i was about to go to school and i get outside. i hear a loud bell and a man came up with a bunch of soldiers i say to my mom do you know what is happining. she said "no". the man said " bring out your boys from the ages of 12 to 39". then me, chrystian, and dominic walked forward.



the man said "great our first boys". the rest of the boys walked forward one by one. the man said "gather some things and say good bye to friends and family and meet me at the town square". me, chrystain, and dominic walked to the house. my mom came up to me crying and hugged me and kissed me twice. i said mom it is going to be ok.


i went to my room got my shirt on and my pants. i went to charlies house and she came out and hugged me. i said bye. she said "bye. try to come back". i said i will try. on my way back to my house i saw the her cat. i walk up to him and i stroked it's back. i walked away. when i got home i said good bye to my family. i walked to the town square the man gave me a horse i said i have my own. i went to go get him.
